OTHER EQUIPMENT
CNC Machine
Our PC-controlled CNC machine has a work surface used for milling in computer-produced 2 and 3D drawings (CAD) in materials such as aluminum, polycarbonate / polymethyl methacrylate (LEXAN / PLEXI), carbon sheets and foam. The latter is often used when we make insert foam for equipment case / box for expensive equipment to be padded. The machine can also take small jobs in steel.
3D Printer
Our 3D printer has double printheads and can print 2 types of materials simultaneously for complex design. It has a working surface of 30 x 25 cm and a heated working environment. We can run pre-drawn designs or we can draw up the solution to the customer's problem.
CAD - industriell tegning
We 3D draw all projects to be built. Both to "test" the design against the user's needs before production, and to be able to machine, 3D print or otherwise build the design exactly as planned, as well as be able to copy and adjust for later needs.
Spectrum analyzer
This is a relatively expensive measuring device that measures the frequency content of a signal. Often to find noise sources and to "tune" electronic designs for minimum noise (EMI).
Oscilloscope
Used to analyze electronic design, problem solving and design development.
Circuit board construction (PCB)
We design, manufacture and solder ("bake") circuit boards. We make circuit boards that solve exact needs. This is very space-saving, stable, light in weight and an effective solution for the user. We do not do everything, but very much. Once we understand the problem, we quickly see if this is a suitable way to solve it.
Soldering station
To do small soldering jobs, preferably with large but few components.
Soldering iron
Used for soldering on surface-mounted components for larger designs.
Microscope
To be able to see small surface-mounted components. For example. are some of the components we use on the circuit boards as small as 0.5 x 1.0 mm. This is difficult to treat if you do not have a microscope.
